Great post – as you stated above it is very important to add regular exercise to your regimen when on a diet. Too many people expect to take the ‘magic pill’ or try the next fad diet but don’t do the exercise part. When you couple a quality diet with regular exercise you will be happier with the results and feel better at the same time!

If you have a big intake of Carbs you really need to be doing exercise to burn off those excess cards or you may find that you start to put weight on, not lose it.

If you are eating to many carbs and not exercising what you will find is that you could possibly put weight on not lose weight.
I have read that if you want to maintain weight, you need to exercise a minimum of 15-20 minutes a day, however if you want to lose weight you need to bump it up to 30-35 minutes per day. It doesn’t have to be all out exertion, but a sustained walk is an excellent choice.

Regardless of losing weight everyone should walk or do some form of exercise just to keep the body functioning correctly. To lose weight you are right you need to increase your daily exercise time and also reduce some foods from your diet.

Losing weight always entails balance as with all other things. You can’t rely on exercise alone or low carb diet alone. There’s always got to be equilibrium. And just my thought, finding the right diet to lose weight is person-specific, it varies from person to person depending on a lot of factors. 🙂
Low carb diet may not work for some. But you can also try to have the after 6pm diet. It really worked for me. I do not eat anything after 6pm in the evening although I munch on a few crackers.
