Yes you are right we live in an age where we are all going at a million miles an hour, not only in our working life but at home as well. This creates many different problems in our dietary intake and of course we start to stack on the weight very fast and usually not realizing it until we start feeling very uncomfortable.

Loosing weight is not like magic where with just one click you will get it, It takes a lot of patience and courage to do it.
