Yeah trying to loose weight need to take a fewer calories than we use to take before. To make slim fast we need more weight loss diet like drinking shakes instead of having 2 meals a day and it should include slim fast nutrition bar. Having all those dietary intakes will make our body in good structure but we will hardly get energy having al those food stuff. Most of the people like to loss fat, can we do it without all those dieting and making of reduce our normal intake.
Yeah I agree that this slim fast diet will get some apparent side effects, as some people need vitamin, minerals and nutrients which are not available in the nutrition bar. Most the people cut there meals and take the nutrition diet which will get side effects later on. For me I have never use nutrition diet, I just love to make my body fit by doing physical exercise and reducing my daily intakes and it really helps.
Probably, I seen this slim fast diet program as easy to use and to follow which is actually true, where tendency that most likely to have an achievements on the diet. Something, the diet need to workable for the effective and efficiency because its still need a certain physical exercises to get some outcome. However, walking is still the best physical activity I could have.

great post but their are lots of people who want a quick fix to weight loss and will try anything to lose the weight. But they wont try the hard way and exercise.

I love the idea of the Slim Fast plan, because it’s simple to do. However, I wish that as a dieter there was more reading material on how to properly do it. It doesn’t really specify what kind of meal you can have as dinner, and therefore 4 slices of pizza and 4 beers isn’t exactly helping. Though I’ll give it to them, I do love their shakes for breakfast. It’s a great way to grab it on the go and not have to skip a meal.

Yes you are right in saying that, however some people need a little help that’s why these programs become so popular when they are effectively marketed.
20 years ago I lost 74 pounds in 8 months with slim fast. I went from a size 18 down to an 8. I walked three miles a day rain or shine…. I was very committed! It was great, until my lifestyle changed and I stopped my walking and dieting. Of course like any program no matter how great it is, if you stop you will gain the weight back. I did gain all my weight back, however I am considering starting again with slim fast (some 20 years later). I can’t seem to get it together, and I’m hoping that Slim Fast will help me take off all the weight, and help me start living healthy again. Drinking lots of water was also part of my daily routine.
I have used the Slim Fast program, it does work, although after awhile you get tired of drinking the shakes. It works just be careful like you are stating.
