I had ammenhorea for 2 yrs from overexcersizing…I may have had a 6 pack, but I was cranky, couldn’t sleep and my beau says I looked too thin. Some women just have more body fat than others. All bodies are different, but all are also beautiful. I am now at a healthy weight and still have a flat tummy. I don’t get cranky as easily, I sleep 8 hrs and I have my period back. Don’t risk your health for beauty! Beauty is relative. It comes from within.

This is good info-thanks for the blog. What about a raw diet? Has anyone tried going all raw for a weight loss/fitness regimen? It seems that if you follow natures plan (eating foods that we are adapted to eat in their natural state) you go back to your natural weight. Never seen an obese gazelle. 🙂
