This is a great place to start. However, just a reminder. Diet and exercise alone aren’t the only things that contribute to your health. Balanced hormone levels make for a healthy person as well. When they are imbalanced, your body responds accordingly and everything is simply out of whack.

Yes you are right, however you can obtain everything you need from the foods we eat as well as exercise. Those foods however should not be fast foods or processed the more natural your food source the better it will be for you, you also need to have a good balance of fruits, vegetables and different meats including fish.
